By using our services, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use our services.
We provide the website related services with following terms and conditions :-
- Logo Designing, PDF File Designing, Social Media Page Creation, Video Shooting, Products Photography, Power Point Presentation, Major Modifications/Add-on are not included in the order.
- PDF Catalog page size is A4 . Any special size may cost you extra .
- Printing cost in not included in PDF catalog designing .
- One page of PDF can have 1 to 10 products with specification . Subject to size and visibility. More than it will forward to next page.
- Any Material Like photos, content will be provide by client via Email or Whatsapp. No executive will be send to collect.
- Configure Email with Outloook, Gmail etc. is not part of our services, we can provide you settings & online help only. No Executive will be send to your place for this type of any task.
- All the disputes subject to Ludhiana Jurisdiction.
- Advance payment is not refundable after 7 days of order placement or if any service is delivered to you .
- Any hand written or cutting will not be acceptable .
- All Prices are GST Excluded.
- Graphic designing of Products/Services is not included.
- Content Writing for Pages/Products is not included.
- Cpanel/ FTP or admin login detail will be provide to you once website is completed and billing is clear .
- Training for website/email operating will be provide online by our expertise team through anydesk .
- Training regarding website operation/management will be given only to that person which have sufficient knowledge about IT related services. Technical training will given to only one person which is free of cost for one time after that it will be chargeable
- Given discount on any product while ordering applicable only one time .Renewal will charge without discount.
- We design/develop website as per our client instruction. All the content and graphics is given/approved by client. We will not responsible for any copyright content, graphics, products/services images, if found on the client website. If any dispute, anyone can contact directly to the owner of website for the removal of objectionable images/content.
- Designing/Development work will/can not be done in client office . But if required client can visit office for this purpose .
- 50% Payment will be advance of every order.
- Any Free Products committed with deal , will be given after full payment .
- Tax Invoice will be send in PDF format (digitally signed ) . You may take print .
